Steve Meredith

Managing Director

Steve was one of the founder members and was involved in the set up of the company in 1999. He was previously a manager with British Telecomms where he implemented national & international data management within the British Telecomm network to enable interconnection between British Telecomm & other telecommunication companies. Steve has been responsible for the technical development of the website, publishing & administration functions within the company and was elected by the board to be Managing Director in February 2008. He is currently responsible for implementing major changes within the company to improve customer relations, communication & marketing and the company’s corporate image.




Sarah Williams

Graphic Designer

Sarah is our creative designer who is responsible for the Headteacher and Bursars Handbooks and the Edfirst premium features for companies wishing to bring their products and services to the attention of school business managers. She has a great eye for detail, making sure your company branding is shown to its full effect. We can also offer you a comprehensive design service should you require a new company logo, corporate literature or advertising. Sarah is your first contact with the artwork team and ensures excellent customer service and high standards.





Richard McLardie

Website & IT Administrator

Richard maintains and provides office IT solutions. With a strong background in information technology, Richard brings technical expertise to the team, taking responsibility for server hardware provision, internal web services, Desktop IT hardware and software provision, as well as network and backup infrastructures. In addition, Richard provides IT training for Accounts and Administration staff and oversees the development of internal and external web services.





James Birkett

System Developments

James joined in 2004 after studying computer science at Brunel. He is responsible for the development and maintenance of internal database systems. James also oversees the maintenance of all office fixtures and fittings and aids staff with technical problems on a day to day basis.





Jill Whitchurch

Administration Manager

Jill has been a core member of the team since the company was started in 1999. With a background in telecommunications, Jill now takes responsibility for all administrative procedures including customer accounts and debt collection, health and safety management, risk assessment, office maintenance and stationary orders. In addition, Jill oversees human resources management including wages, holidays, sick pay and employee details. Fully qualified in First Aid, Jill has represented BT in First Aid Competitions at national level. She is now the company’s appointed First Aider.
