Our Processes
Steps to onboarding a candidate to ensure they are the right fit for your requirement:
Step One
We source candidates via online advert applications, CV searching facilities, matching via our database of pre registered candidates, our own website traffic, referrals and social networking
Step Two
Once we have identified a candidate we initially contact them via phone and conduct a brief telephone interview to assess whether we should invite them for interview
Step Three
The candidate will then come into our office or undertake an onling registration and we will conduct a full competency based interview and ensure their eligibility to work in the UK (taking full documentation).
Step Four
A dedicated consultant will perform an in-depth, face to face interview with the candidate, delving into their personality, aspirations and ambitions in order to understand what working environment will suit them and where they will perform to the best of their ability. Followed by a Microsoft software competency, copy typing and spelling skills test
Step Five
If you would like candidates to undergo specific further testing prior to interviewing with you, we have a wide range of IT software, numeracy, literacy and audio typing assessments, which can be administered on request. If required we will also carry out a CRB check |
